Vegetable Pickle


chopped raw mango

Raw Mango – 1, diced
Carrot – 1, diced
Small Onions – 8, finely chopped
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chilli – 1, small, finely sliced
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Salt as per taste

1. Combine the mangoes and carrot in a bowl.
2. Add salt, red chilli powder, chopped red chilli and onions.
3. Add lemon juice and mix well.
4. Keep aside for 15 to 30 minutes.
5. Serve as a side dish to curd rice or with chapati.
