Hot and Dirty Martini

The chilli vodka provides the heat and the olive brine gives the dirt.

Ingredients:

• Chilli Vodka – 6 parts
• Dry Vermouth – 1 part
• Olive Brine – 2 tsp
• Ice cubes
• Stuffed Green Olives to garnish

Method:

1. Shake the vodka, vermouth and olive brine with ice cubes until well frosted.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with a stuffed olive.
4. Serve.
