Ingredients:
Potatoes – 450 gms, peeled, diced
Sweet Corn Kernels – 2 cups
Spring Onions – 2, sliced
Light Cream – 1/2 cup
Butter – 1 tblsp
Red Chilli Flakes – 1/4 tsp
Bay Leaf – 1/2
Garlic – 1 clove, small, minced
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper Powder as per taste
Method:
1. Heat butter in a pan over medium flame.
2. Saute the potatoes, bay leaf and garlic for 10 minutes or until potatoes are light brown.
3. Add the sweet corns, spring onions, red chilli flakes, salt and pepper powder.
4. Stir well.
5. Cook for another 10 minutes.
6. Transfer to a serving dish.
7. Serve.
