Banana Raita


This South Indian style banana raita is best made fresh.
chopped bananas
Ripe Bananas – 2, peeled, chopped
Curd – 3/4 cup
Sugar – 1 1/2 to 2 tsp
Green Chilli – 1, minced
Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped
Salt as per taste

1. Beat the curd until smooth in a bowl.
2. Add sugar, green chilli and coriander leaves.
3. Mix well.
4. Add the chopped bananas and salt.
5. Mix well.
6. Serve at once.

in place of chillies and rai, u can use green cardommom crushed too. it tastes yummy.
