Ingredients
Carrot – 1
Capsicum – 2
Cucumber – 1
Onion – 2
Tomato – 2
Grated coconut – 1/2 cup
Green Chilles – 5
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Jeera – 1 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Curds -2 cups
Method
Grind coconut, chilles, mustard seeds and jeera.
Mix this paste with the cut vegetables
Add curds and salt to it.
Serve chilled.
