Mutton Bone Soup

Ingredients:
Mutton Bones – 250 gms, fat removed, cleaned, washed
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Saunf – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Cinnamon – 1
Bay Leaf – 1
Salt as per taste
Oil as required

Grind together:
Peppercorns – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Sambar Onions – 4

Method:
1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pressure pan.
2. Add the bones, turmeric powder, onions, tomatoes and saute well for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Add the ground paste, salt and 2 cups of water.
4. Pressure cook until 2 whistles.
5. Heat little oil in a pan.
6. Fry the cinnamon, bay leaf, saunf, curry leaves and add to the pressure pan.
7. Stir well and serve hot.
