Crab Rasam

Ingredients:
Crabs – 2, cleaned, shells removed
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Tomato – 1
Onions – 2
Garlic – 5 cloves
Curry Leaves – few
Saunf – little
Turmeric Powder – a pinch
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Sprinkle turmeric powder on the crab meat and wash well. Repeat this 2 to 3 times.
2. Heat oil in a pressure pan.
3. Fry the saunf for 20 seconds.
4. Add chopped onions, crab meat, red chilli powder, garlic, pepper powder, cumin powder, curry leaves and tomatoes.
5. Saute well for 2 minutes.
6. Pour 4 cups of water and add salt.
7. Pressure cook for 2 whistles and remove.
8. Serve hot.
