Ingredients:
Blueberries – 1 cup
Apple Juice – 1/4 cup
Plain Yogurt – 100 ml
Banana – 1, small, ripe, peeled, chopped
Honey – 1 tsp
Method:
1. Blend the blueberries and apple juice until smooth.
2. Pour into a serving jug.
3. Blend the yogurt, banana and honey until smooth.
4. Transfer to the jug and mix well.
5. Pour into individual serving glasses.
6. Serve at once or chilled.
