Roasted Gram – 1 cup
Garlic – 3 cloves
Ginger – 1/2 inch piece, peeled
Coconut – 2 tblsp
Green Chillies – as per taste
Dry Red Chillies – as per taste
Coriander Leaves – little
Curry Leaves – little
Salt as per taste
1. Combine all the ingredients with little water.
2. Grind together till it reaches a smooth and thick consistency.
3. Serve with dosa or idli.
