Peanut Pakoda

Raw Peanuts – 1 cup
Gram Flour – 4 tsp
Rice Flour – 4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1/2 tsp (optional)
Oil as required for frying
Salt as per taste

1. Combine the peanuts, gram flour, rice flour, red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste in a bowl.
2. Add salt and mix well.
3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium flame.
4. Drop small portions of the batter and fry till golden brown.
5. Remove and drain excess oil.
6. Serve as a snack.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
