Potato Laddu

Potatoes – 4
Sugar – 1/4 cup, powdered
Roasted Gram Flour – little
Ghee as required

1. Boil the potatoes, peel and mash well.
2. Add sugar, gram flour and ghee.
3. Mix well and shape into small balls.
4. Keep aside for a few minutes and store them in an airtight container.
5. Kids would love this laddu.
