Ingredients:
Coconut Cream – 60 ml
Half and Half – 30 ml
Strawberry Puree – 90 ml
Pineapple Juice – 60 ml
Lime Juice – 90 ml
Sugar Syrup – 15 ml
Ice cubes crushed
Strawberry for garnish
Method:
1. Blend together the pineapple juice, half and half, coconut cream and 4 to 5 ice cubes until smooth.
2. Pour into a highball glass.
3. Blend the strawberry puree, lime juice, sugar syrup and 4 to 5 ice cubes until smooth.
4. Gently pour this over the pineapple mixture.
5. Stir well.
6. Garnish with a strawberry.
7. Serve.
