This really is best made with fresh sweet ripe pineapple, so you will just have to make a jugful and invite round some friends.
INGREDIENT:
1 medium-size ripe pineapple
3 measures dark rum
2 measures triple sec
2 measures Galliano
1 measure lime juice
Ice cubes
Pineapple leaves, to decorate
METHOD:
1. Blend the pineapple for 30 seconds in a processor, then add the next four ingredients and blend for another 10-20 seconds until smooth.
2. Pour into large cocktail glasses or tumblers filled with ice and finish with pineapple leaves.
