1 medium tender green cabbage shredded
1 potato boiled, chilled & chopped
2 medium carrots grated coarsely
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
1/2 cup chopped spring onion
1 stick celery chopped
1 sprig mint leaves plucked and chopped finely
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp sugar powdered
Mix all vegetables except mint and celery, chill in in a large glass bowl.
Mix oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, mint and sugar till well blended.
Pour dressing over chilled vegetables
Toss it well.
Refrigerate for 1 hour
Garnish with celery before serving
