Pizza Soup

Onions – 250 gms, finely sliced
Tomatoes – 200 gms, chopped
Tomato Ketchup – 2 tsp
Vegetable Stock – 500 ml
French Baguette – 1, sliced into rounds
Mozzarella Cheese – 75 gms, sliced
Dried Oregano – a pinch
Sugar – a pinch
Olive Oil – 1 to 2 tblsp
Parsley – few, chopped
Pepper Powder – a pinch (optional)

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Saute the onions until soft.
3. Add the tomatoes, tomato ketchup, sugar and vegetable stock.
4. Gently bring to a boil and reduce flame.
5. Simmer for 15 minutes or until it starts to thicken.
6. Add parsley, sugar, oregano and pepper.
7. Stir well.
8. Spread cheese on the breads and sprinkle oregano on top.
9. Grill until browned and cheese has melted.
10. Serve alongside the soup.
