Ingredients:
Onions – 2, finely sliced into rings
Cucumber – 2, medium or 1 large, halved, deseeded, diced
Vinegar – 100 ml
Sugar – 50 gms
Method:
1. Heat a cup of water in a pan.
2. Add sugar and vinegar.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Transfer the onions to a bowl and pour the hot vinegar mixture over.
5. Keep aside for 5 to 10 minutes.
6. Add the cucumber and keep aside for another 5 minutes.
7. Serve.
