Ingredients:
Dark Chocolate – 100 gms, chopped
Double Cream – 50 ml
Vanilla Extract – 1/2 tsp
Cocoa Powder
Chocolate – few, grated
Method:
1. Heat a pan over low flame.
2. Add the chocolate, cream and vanilla.
3. Simmer until melted and cool.
4. Transfer and keep it in the fridge for 1 1/2 hours or until firm.
5. Remove and make round truffles.
6. Sprinkle cocoa powder and grated chocolate.
7. Chill until required.
