Hot Egg Toast

Hot Egg Toast

Eggs – 3
Bread Slices – 6
Onion – 4, small, chopped
Peppercorns – 4
Milk – 1/4 cup
Green Chillies – 2, chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – a pinch
Cinnamon – a small piece
Salt as per taste
Oil as required

1. Combine and grind together the green chillies, ginger garlic paste, cinnamon, peppercorns, onions and turmeric powder to a fine paste.
2. Break the eggs in a large bowl.
3. Add milk and ground paste.
4. Add salt and beat well.
5. Heat a tawa over medium flame.
6. Dip the bread slices in the egg mixture and place them on the hot tawa.
7. Apply oil around the edges and cook till golden.
8. Remove and serve with ketchup.
