Eggs – 4
Sweet Bread Slices – 6
Sugar – 1/4 cup
Turmeric Powder – a pinch
Pepper Powder – a pinch
Ghee as required
Boiled Milk as required
1. Combine the milk, sugar, turmeric powder and eggs in a bowl.
2. Beat well.
3. Dip the bread slices in this mixture.
4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium flame.
5. Place the bread slices on the hot pan and apply ghee around the edges.
6. Cook till golden.
7. Remove and serve at once.
