Spaghetti with Lemon and Almonds


Lemon Almond Pasta

Spaghetti – 225 gms, cooked as per packet instructions
Almonds – 1/2 cup, peeled, toasted, chopped
Parmesan Cheese – 1/4 cup, grated
Lemon Juice – 2 tblsp
Zest of Lemon – 1 tsp
Garlic – 1 clove, crushed
Black Pepper Powder as per taste
Parsley – 1/2 cup, chopped
Olive Oil – 2 tblsp

1. Combine the cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic and pepper powder in a bowl.
2. Add the pasta and toss well.
3. Garnish with the parsley and almonds.
4. Sprinkle pepper powder on top, if desired.
5. Serve at once.
