Red Radish Pickle

Ingredients:
Red Radish – 5 to 6, cleaned, washed, peeled
Lemon Juice – 10 to 12 tblsp
Carom Seeds – 1 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 5 to 6 tsp
Sugar – 3 tsp

Method:
1. Slice 1 radish into thin circles and grate the remaining.
2. Keep aside for a few minutes and squeeze any excess moisture.
3. Add the lemon juice, carom seeds, red chilli powder, salt and sugar.
4. Mix well and keep aside for 8 to 10 hours.
5. Serve.
