Ingredients:
Curd – 1 cup, beaten till smooth
Cucumber – 1, grated or finely chopped, squeezed dry
Green Chilli – 1, slit
Peanuts – 1 tblsp, crushed
Cumin Powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander Leaves – few, chopped
Mint Leaves – few, chopped
Oil – 1/2 tsp
Method:
1. Heat oil in a frying pan.
2. Add the slit green chillies and fry for 20 seconds.
3. Pour into the curd and add all the other ingredients.
4. Mix well.
5. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
6. Best with pulaos, biryanis or parathas.
