Ingredients:
Rice – 1 cup, cooked
Cucumber Seedss – 1/4 cup
Gasa Gasa – 1/4 cup
Dry Red Chillies – 4
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Bengal Gram Dal – 1 tsp
Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves – few
Oil – 1 tblsp
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Dry roast the gasa gasa till golden and grind to a powder.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Fry the mustard seeds, bengal gram dal, urad dal, red chillies and curry leaves for a minute.
4. Add the cucumber seeds and cooked rice.
5. Stir gently.
6. Add salt and gasa gasa powder.
7. Mix well and transfer to a serving bowl.
8. Serve.
