Spaghetti Arrabiata


Spaghetti Arrabiata

Spaghetti – 150 gms, cooked as per packet instructions
Tomatoes – 400 gms, chopped
Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
Garlic – 2 cloves, finely sliced
Olive Oil – 2 tblsp
Parsley – handful, chopped
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper Powder as per taste
Black Olives – 2 or 3, halved, to garnish (optional)

1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium flame.
2. Add the garlic and saute for 30 to 40 seconds.
3. Add the red chilli flakes, tomatoes and sugar.
4. Cook for 10 to 20 minutes or until thickened.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti and toss well until combined.
6. Transfer to a serving plate.
7. Sprinkle salt, pepper powder and garnish with parsley.
8. Serve.
