Milagorai is a prasadam served at various temples.
Black Peppercorns

Rice – 1 cup, cooked
Black Peppercorns – 1 tblsp
Curry Leaves – few
Peanuts – 1 tblsp (optional)
Urad Dal – 2 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Bengal Gram Dal – 1 tsp
Ghee – 1 tblsp
Salt as per taste

1. Dry roast the peppercorns and 1 tsp urad dal for 30 seconds.
2. Remove and grind to a powder.
3. Heat ghee in a pan.
4. Fry the 1 tsp urad dal, bengal gram dal, curry leaves and peanuts for 45 to 60 seconds.
5. Add the ground powder and stir well.
6. Add the rice and salt to the pan.
7. Mix well and serve.
