Ginger – 10 tsp, grated
Basmati Rice – 1 cup
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves – little
Oil – 3 tsp
Salt as per taste
1. Pressure cook the basmati rice with 1 1/2 cups of water and little salt. Ensure the grains are not sticky.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Saute the ginger for 45 seconds.
4. Add cumin seeds, rice and mix well.
5. Garnish with the curry leaves.
