Pineapple – 1 cup, chopped
Plain Yogurt – 1 cup, beaten until smooth
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp, roasted and powdered
Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander Leaves – 1 tblsp, finely chopped
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper Powder as per taste
1. Add salt, pepper powder, cumin powder and coriander leaves to yogurt.
2. Mix well.
3. Gently squeeze out the excess water from pineapple and add to the yogurt.
4. Add red chilli powder and stir gently.
5. Serve chilled.
