Brazilian Batida

Cachaca is also known as Brazilian firewater and is a local white rum, somewhat stronger than the regular.

Ingredients:

  • White Rum or Cachaca – 4 parts
  • Strawberry Syrup – 1 part
  • Strawberries
  • Ice

Method:

  1. Blend the rum, strawberry syrup and strawberries in a blender for a few seconds until frothy.
  2. Pour into a glass half-filled with crushed ice.
  3. Serve.
