Rich and pungent Jamaica rum will mix surprisingly well with the sweetness of the Tia Maria and advocaat.
Ingredients:
- Jamaica Rum – 2 parts
- Tia Maria – 2 parts
- Advocaat (an egg and brandy liqueur) – 2 parts
- Cracked Ice
- Dash of Grenadine
- Nutmeg Powder
Method:
- Shake the rum, tia maria and advocaat together over ice until well frosted.
- Add a dash of grenadine and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Sprinkle a little nutmeg powder.
- Serve.
