The mellow flavour of this cocktail is matched by its rich golden colour, with all the fragrance of a tropical sunrise.
- Golden Rum – 1 part
- Apricot Brandy – 1 part
- Lime Juice – 1/2 part
- Orange Curacao – 1 to 2 dashes
- Egg White – 1/2 tsp
- Slice of Apricot
- Blend the first 6 ingredients in a blender until slushy.
- Strain and pour into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with an apricot slice.
- Serve with a straw.
