Ice cool, this beautiful simple cocktail is very refreshing – one is never enough!

Ingredients:

• White Rum – 1 part
• Cointreau – 1 part
• Lemon Juice – 1 part
• Slice of Lime
• Ice

Method:

1. Combine all the ingredients.
2. Shake well over ice until frosted.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with a lime slice.
5. Serve.
