This elegantly dressed version would be good on hot nights.Ingredients:
- White Rum – 1 part
- Lime Juice – 1/2 part
- Pineapple Syrup – 1/4 tsp
- Pineapple – 25 gms, chopped
- Pineapple Wedges to garnish
- Ice
Method:
- Combine the white rum, lime juice, pineapple syrup and chopped pineapple with ice in a blender.
- Blend well until slushy.
- Pour into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with pineapple wedge.
- Serve.
