A smooth banana concoction with plenty of mellow West Indian character.
Ingredients:
- Ripe Banana – 2, small
- White Rum – 2 parts
- Galliano – 1 part
- Creme de Banane – 1 part
- Juice of 1 Lime
- Crushed Ice
Method:
- Combine and mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled glass.
- Add ice cubes if desired.
- Serve.
