This cool crystal blue cocktail invites you to think of Caribbean sea and sand, and enjoy this tropical mix.

Ingredients:

• White Rum – 2 parts
• Blue Curacao – 1 part
• Lime Juice
• Sugar Syrup – 1/2 part
• Ice
• Soda Water
• Lime Slices

Method:

1. Mix the rum, blue curacao, lime juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail glass.
2. Add ice cubes and mix well.
3. Top up with soda water and garnish with lime slices.
4. Serve.
