White Lion Recipe

White around the edges, but definitely red-blooded.

Ingredients:

  • Angostura Bitters – couple of dashes
  • Grenadine – couple of dashes
  • Cracked Ice
  • White Rum – 4 parts
  • Lemon Juice – 2 parts
  • Sugar Syrup – 2 tsp

Method:

  1. Combine all the liquid ingredients with cracked ice.
  2. Shake well until frosted.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Serve.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
