Ingredients:
- Golden Rum – 6 parts
- Pineapple Juice – 8 parts
- Coconut Cream – 2 parts
- Strawberries – 10 to 12, hulled
- Pineapple Wedges for garnishing
- Strawberries for garnishing
- Crushed ice
Method:
- Blend all the liquid ingredients with ice and strawberries until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled tumbler.
- Garnish with pineapple and strawberries.
- Serve.
