A Pina Colada is usually made with light rum – this dark rum version will quickly turn your drinking partners into friends.
Ingredients:
- Rum – 1 cup
- Pineapple Juice – 2 cups
- Coconut Cream – 10 parts
- Dark Rum – 4 parts
- Single Cream – 4 parts
- Crushed Ice
- Pineapple Wedges
- Cocktail Cherries
Method:
- Combine all the liquid ingredients with some crushed ice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into chilled tumblers.
- Garnish with pineapple and cherries.
- Serve.
