It’s a breeze to make and as colourful as the whipped-up ocean on an early morning. Just don’t dilute it too much.
Ingredients:
- White Rum – 2 parts
- Amaretto – 2 parts
- Blue Curacao – 1 part
- Pineapple Juice – 1 part
- Soda Water
- Crushed ice
Method:
- Mix the rum, amaretto, blue curacao and pineapple juice together with ice.
- Pour into a chilled tall glass.
- Top up with soda water.
- Serve.
