An unusually restrained tropical cocktail, with none of the usual flamboyance added by pineapple and coconut.


  • White Rum – 2 parts
  • Brandy – 1 part
  • Triple Sec – 1 part
  • Lime Juice – 2 parts
  • Ice
  • Slice of Lime


  1. Combine and shake all the liquid ingredients over ice until well frosted.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a slice of lime.
  4. Serve.
