An unusually restrained tropical cocktail, with none of the usual flamboyance added by pineapple and coconut.
Ingredients:
- White Rum – 2 parts
- Brandy – 1 part
- Triple Sec – 1 part
- Lime Juice – 2 parts
- Slice of Lime
- Ice cubes
Method:
- Mix the liquid ingredients and shake vigorously over ice until well frosted.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lime slice.
- Serve.
