There is certainly a feeling of warm tropical sunshine to this cocktail.
Ingredients:
- White Rum – 2 parts
- Mandarin Brandy – 2 parts
- Orange Juice – 2 parts
- Pineapple Juice – 2 parts
- Splash of Grenadiine
- Ice
- Pineapple Slice
- Cocktail Cherry
Method:
- Combine all the liquid ingredients over ice and shake well.
- Pour into a tall glass filled with some more ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and cherry.
- Serve.
