- White Rum – 1 part
- Dark Rum – 1/2 part
- Golden Rum – 1/2 part
- Any wine-based ginger syrup – 1/2 part
- Lime Juice – 1/2 part
- Ginger Beer
- Pineapple Wedges
- Shake the rums, ginger syrup and lime juice vigorously over ice until well frosted.
- Strain into a chilled tumbler and top up with ginger beer.
- Garnish with pineapple wedges and ginger juliennes.
