How to Make Club Mojito Recipe

Dark rum is rich in flavour and redolent of sunshine holidays.

Ingredients:

  • Jamaican Rum – 4 parts
  • Soda Water as required
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • Mint Leaves
  • Sugar Syrup – 2 tsp
  • Ice
  • Angostura Bitters – 2 dashes

Method:

  1. Add the sugar syrup, lime juice and mint leaves to a cocktail glass.
  2. Crush lightly and add the ice cubes.
  3. Pour the rum in and top up with soda water.
  4. Add a dash or two of the Angostura bitters.
  5. Garnish with some mint leaves.
  6. Serve.
