Freedom Fighter Recipe

Creme Yvette is a liqueur flavoured with Parma violets. It has a distinctive taste, so you’ll either love it or hate it – but it certainly makes pretty coloured cocktails.

Ingredients:

  • Sloe Gin – 6 parts
  • Creme Yvette – 2 parts
  • Lemon Juice – 2 parts
  • Egg White – 2
  • Ice

Method:

  1. Shake all the ingredients over ice until well frosted.
  2. Strain into a chilled glass.
  3. Serve.
