This is packed with fruity flavour and a subtle taste of frozen gin.

Ingredients:

• Gin – 4 parts
• Lime Juice – 2 parts
• Passion Fruit Juice – 2 parts
• Sugar Syrup – 1/2 part
• Orange Flower Water – 6 dashes
• Soda Water – 2 parts
• Ice cubes – crushed

Method:

1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until frothy.
3. Pour into a large chilled cocktail glass.
4. Serve.
