Bachelor’s Bait

Is this pink froth supposed to be bait for the unwary bachelor, or is this bachelor doing the baiting? You decide.

Ingredients:

• Gin – 4 parts
• Grenadine – 2 tsp
• Egg White – 2
• Ice
• Orange Bitters

Method:

1. Mix the gin, grenadine and egg white over ice.
2. Add a couple of dashes of orange bitters and shake until well frosted.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Serve.
