There’s nothing very straitlaced and Danish about this – perhaps that’s what makes it so great?
- Gin – 4 parts
- Cherry Brandy – 2 parts
- Dry Vermouth – 1 part
- Kirsch – 2 tsp
- Lemon Peel
- Mix the gin, brandy, vermouth and kirsch over ice until well frosted.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lemon peel.
