There’s nothing very straitlaced and Danish about this – perhaps that’s what makes it so great?

Ingredients:

  • Gin – 4 parts
  • Cherry Brandy – 2 parts
  • Dry Vermouth – 1 part
  • Kirsch – 2 tsp
  • Ice
  • Lemon Peel

Method:

  1. Mix the gin, brandy, vermouth and kirsch over ice until well frosted.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a lemon peel.
  4. Serve.
