Far more sweet and delicate than its name suggests, this will send you on a hunt for more.


  • Gin – 4 parts
  • Sweet Vermouth – 2 parts
  • Dry Vermouth – 2 parts
  • Strawberries – few
  • Ice cubes – crushed


  1. Combine the gin, vermouths and strawberries in a blender.
  2. Add a little ice and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Serve.
