Polish Sidecar

This not only replaces brandy with gin, it replaces triple sec with blackberry brandy – hardly deserving of a sidecar license, but who’s arguing?

Ingredients:

• Gin – 4 parts
• Blackberry Brandy – 2 parts
• Lemon Juice – 2 parts
• Ice

Method:

1. Combine and shake the gin, brandy and lemon juice over ice until well frosted.
2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
3. Serve.
