  • Gin – 3 parts
  • Kummel – 1 part
  • Ice cubes
  • Apricot Brandy – a dash or two


  1. Combine and shake the gin and kummel over ice.
  2. Add a dash or two of the brandy and shake until well frosted.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Serve.
